#26PRIDE AWARD
IS OUR TEAM LEADERSHIP AWARD ESTABLISHED IN 2016
The #26PRIDE Player Award in collaboration with the Bouveron family has been established in memory of former Westfield Bulldog, Conor Bouveron, Class of 2015. Wearing number 26 throughout his high school career, Conor was described as steady, consistent, and reliable on the field, a player who refused to give up and who always gave 110 percent. Known for his quiet confidence, sense of humor, and respect for others, Conor will be forever loved, never forgotten, and truly missed.
The #26PRIDE Leadership Award is a TRUE Player Award, as all varsity level teammates at the conclusion of each season will have the opportunity to nominate and vote for one senior and one underclassman player whose personal characteristics and determination on the field, in practice and games have inspired his fellow teammates to never give up, give 110 percent, and "stay smiling". The summary comments written for each award winner are taken directly from the various teammates within the nomination process.
