All players if you want a Jersey Mike's sub lunch box after each away game this season please complete & return the attached form prior to Monday, 3/7. Studies have shown and proven athlete's should eat immediately following a competition and-or workout to ensure and assist in optimal recovery. This year both the JV and the Varsity are scheduled for (7) away games including the WT Woodson scrimmage on Wednesday, 3/9. The lunch box will consist of a Jersey Mike's Regular Size Sub, Chips and Cookie; we will supply the sports drink and-or water for each player separately.

Players are to either return the completed form and payment to the activities office in an envelope or return it to me directly. 

Note, we will need parent volunteer's to assist with the picking up from Jersey Mike's and delivery of the subs on game day to the various away location's. Please coordinate with Mrs. Todd or Mrs. Moore if you're interested in helping out with this and if you need her email-phone please Coach Polizzotti and he will get it to you.
